I had an amazing experience meeting and interacting with young children at the Nairobi leadership academy, a school I attended for 5 years.

The day began with a series of meetings with the school's management and thereafter met the young children during their break.

Seeing young hijabi girls full of life and visions and talent yet to be discovered gave me more reasons to continue positively representing young Somali girls as the first Miss World Somalia and hijabi.

After interacting with them, the day wrapped up with photos with some of the young girls which culminated into giggles and laughter.
