Miss World - Save the Tiger
Last night, Miss World organization and all the dedicates this year took part in the Tadoba Festival, in Maharashtra. We supported the campaign “SAVE THE TIGER”, launched by Honorable Minister of Forests, Cultural Affairs, Fisheries, Government of Maharashtra, Sudhir Mungantiwar.

The tiger - symbol of wild beauty and strength, yet currently facing the threat of extinction. The global tiger population is significantly declining due to illegal hunting and loss of natural habitat.

Over the past 150 years, the tiger's habitat has shrunk by nearly 95%. As of 2023, the Global Tiger Forum estimated that only about 5,500 tigers exist in the wild. Among them, approximately 3,700 wild tigers worldwide reside in India.

We are not only capable of effecting change but also responsible for tiger conservation. The only way to protect tigers is to take action together, right now.

Let's strive to understand and raise awareness about the importance of tiger conservation and their habitats. Let's support environmental conservation organizations and wildlife protection. Tadoba National Park, conserving 43 tigers (According to the 2010 National Tiger Census of India), is a prime example of dedication and tiger conservation efforts.

Let's care and let's act to SAVE THE TIGER
