Ao dai for special day
27.02.2024, we had the opportunity to visit the Manekshaw Centre with our beloved Mrs.Julia Morley CBE, the reigning Miss World - Karolina Bielawska, Miss World 2018 - Vanessa Ponce de Leon.
It was a great opportunity to be hearing empowering speeches from the Women Empowerment and Sustainability workshop, hosted by AWWA - the Army Wives Welfare Association, at the Ashok Hall.
I truly admire their excellent social projects regarding promoting education, menstrual hygiene, sustainable development, as well as assisting military widows, it was clear that the army wives are gifted women with brilliant ideas, talents, expertises who, together, strive to empower other women and assist the most vulnerable ones.
May these wonderful chapters of women empowerment pave the way for further positive changes in our society
Therefore, on this special day, I chose the traditional Vietnamese Ao dai. The outfit has a brocade fabric. Ao dai was created the ancient, pure tradition of Vietnamese traditional costumes
