Miss Venezuela World Alejandra Conde reminisces about her times with Miss Puerto Rico Rico World
One of the best things about Miss World is that you get to meet amazing women from all over the world. Having the delegate from the host country as my roommate was just the icing on the cake. Miss World Puerto Rico, Aryam Díaz Rosado, became my sister and confidante from the moment I arrived and I can’t thank her enough for teaching me so much about how Puerto Ricans enjoy life!
Every day with Ary in our room was an experience! From her little toy monster to our late night confessions, she made my stay in la Isla del Encanto feel like I was right at home. And I will never forget waking up in the middle of the night with her thinking we were late for an event only to find out that we had arrived an hour earlier!
I can’t wait to catch up with her again when I arrive in Puerto Rico next March. She is my hermana for life and I will always say that the best ambassador that Puerto Rico has to offer is her!
