Beautiful Memories Along The Journey Of My BWAP With The Girls.

My beauty pageant dream began as a child watching Miss World at home on tv; it was a dream that never died. What fueled romantic childhood notions to grow into an unwavering goal, I can't say: whether it was wanting to be one of the beautiful women I'd seen on tv; to receive a crown and international title; to become a symbol of national identity and pride; to epitomize the highest standard of virtue and compassion; or to represent a global ideal of beauty.  I think all of these must have played a part, but when I actually entered the Miss World pageant in 2020 there was just one aspect of the competition that  unexpectedly captivated my heart ... The Beauty With a Purpose Challenge. It consumed my thoughts and those thoughts prompted action. Action evolved into purpose, and this purpose changed my life. Beauty With A Purpose has become my lifelong journey of love. And I was honored and proud to share the story of that journey with everyone at the Miss World pageant in Puerto Rico.
