I was invited to speak on the “Embrace Equity” panel for the AMCHAMTT (American Chamber of Commerce of T&T) Women’s Leadership Conference to commemorate International Women’s Day 2023. It was an incredible opportunity to discuss significant topics regarding women empowerment, equity in society as well as diversity across the board in all industries. It was an honour to interact with Her Excellency Candace A. Bond, U.S. Ambassador to Trinidad & Tobago who exemplifies beauty, intellect and purpose. Sharing the space with such influential women who are actively making a difference in Trinidad & Tobago and the world at large, is always such a privilege. Spaces like these allow us to create dialogue to promote changes for equity and inclusion. I’m happy to be part of the collective step forward to a better, more equitable world.
