Miss World Trinidad & Tobago speaks at the University of Trinidad & Tobago about mental health

I was invited as a guest speaker to the University of Trinidad and Tobago for the launch of the YAHP programme which is creating job opportunities and developing life skills for many young people in Trinidad & Tobago. I was so excited to be able to work in alignment with the Ministry of Youth Development and National Service to highlight the importance of mental health and the crucial role is must play in our overall development and success in life. I was also happy to promote my project, The Invisible Scars project which aims to destigmatize the topic and promote mental health literacy.
