Miss World Trinidad & Tobago visits Tabaquite Secondary School as a mental health advocate

I had such a great time with the ladies of Tabaquite Secondary School while facilitating the official launch of the The Big Sister Project by The Pretty Tough Project. This project encapsulates all three aspects of their organization: self love, mental health and period poverty. My passion is mental health awareness and creating spaces for young people to have open dialogue about their well-being, kindness to self and others, as well as encouraging ways to foster good mental health and self love! thank you ladies for making my day brighter with your kind hearts, laughs and excitement
