Today was the second day of the Head-to-Head Challenge – where my fellow contestants and I shared the personal stories that brought us to Miss World. I’ve been deeply moved by the strength, compassion, and purpose of the women around me. My own story is about advocating for the 3 million people worldwide, among them my cousin and best friend, Rhyiza, who live with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a neurological condition which disrupts messages between the brain and the body, and for which there is no cure. Science is giving hope, but for those whose bodies are being silently attacked now, there is no time to wait.
