The "Investors in Dreams" Organisation aims to create career prospects for girls in the child protection system by offering professional training courses, followed by employment opportunities. 
Working as a teacher since I was 19 years old, the faults of the Romanian educational system became increasingly evident. With the most early school leavers in the European Union and an all time high illiteracy rate, the only chance for Romanian children is to get support outside of school.

But who is there to provide that for those with no family? Without access to quality education, they are unable to make ends meet after being forced to leave the child protection system. Young girls are most vulnerable and oftentimes end up in degrading and dangerous situations.

That is why, at the begining of 2023, I founded "Investors in Dreams" NGO. Alongside my team, we raise funds in order to give these young ladies a chance to follow their passion and begin a career in beauty. Wether it is make-up, hair styling, nail art, modelling or any other activity in the beauty field, we help them get a professional diploma and find employment options. 

Last Spring, we organised our largest fundraising event yet: a charity Fashion Show, in Bucharest. Romanian designers, models, make-up artists, hair stylists, photographers and entertainers came together to help our cause. It was a resounding success.
The best part? Four of the models were beneficiaries of our NGO, who got to live their dream and catwalk in front of the audience and press.
