Niño’s story is one of the few thousand stories that shows us the importance of how impactful equitable access to quality education is to future generations.
He is a loving son whose dream is to become an Engineer and to help fulfill that dream ERDA assists in bridging the educational resource gap through scholarships and allowances to ensure that Niño fulfills that aspiration.
Niño is also a thoughtful brother. Sending him to school is already a challenge for his parents and the family’s situation is even more dire because one of his siblings is sick. Niño hopes to complete his education to ensure that he provides for his sick brother and eventually have access to quality medical care.
Indeed, Education is the answer to various social issues we are facing as a society, which is why it is important to ensure that Education becomes a right for all through laws and systems that will ensure that the truly underpriviledged can benefit from its impact.
