I recently conducted an ocular visit to the daycare centers of Brgy. Irisan, Baguio City. Seeing firsthand the immediate needs of over 400 children and the dedication of their teachers reinforced my commitment to creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Agyaman kami to the local government of Brgy. Irisan, especially to the ever-supportive Captain Arthur Carlos, for empowering us to take this meaningful step forward. Our vision is to transform these learning spaces into clean, comfortable, and colorful havens that inspire young minds to dream big.
