Women Empowerment & Environmental sustainability

Every interaction is a chance to listen to people’s stories. And that interaction is the moment we should use our “voice” to be heard.

Today we had a chance to listen at a forum focusing on Women Empowerment & Environmental sustainability sponsored by the Army wives welfare association at Manekshaw center. 

What struck me the most was when Julia said, “we all are candles in the darkness… because we want to see people grow and be happy, we need to be that incredible light for the future.”

And as a Miss World delegate we need to use our voices and platform to help shine a light on important causes that affect people in our communities specially WOMEN issues. This inspired me to grow more so “I can do more.”

We indeed illuminate and carve that path, so the future generation will do the same for others.
