Today marked the culmination of the Sports Challenge at this year’s Miss World, where Perú secured a medal. It was a beautiful day where we had fun, played, and gave our best alongside 32 incredibly strong and capable women from all over the world.
This event showcased not only our athletic prowess but also highlighted the importance of discipline, healthcare and mental well-being. Tending to our needs, striving for improvement day by day, and managing our emotions, we allow for an optimal quality of life. Personally, I am certain that the best moments of my life, I lived through sports. It gave me the necessary confidence to believe I can make my dreams come true and inspired me to have a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, it allowed me to develop paramount aspects of myself like self-determination and discipline.
I am convinced that we’ll go far, my beloved Perú. When we believe in our potential, we can manifest it into reality! This medal is for you and for all those who believe in the infinite power of dreams. The possibility of changing the living conditions of millions of children is in our hands. Let us embrace our role as transformative agents this world needs.

Medalla para Perú en Sports Challenge 71st Miss World
Hoy se celebró la final la Competencia Deportiva de este Miss World. Ha sido una hermosa jornada donde nos divertimos, jugamos y dimos lo mejor junto a 32 mujeres de todo el mundo sumamente fuertes y capaces.
Ha sido una instancia de competición y, fundamentalmente, una increible actividad que pone en valor la disciplina, el cuidado de la salud y el bienestar mental. Atender a nuestras necesidades, superarnos día a día y gestionar nuestras emociones permite una óptima calidad de vida. En este soñado presente, tengo la certeza de que los mejores momentos de mi vida los viví a través del deporte: me dio la confianza necesaria para creer que puedo hacer realidad todos mis sueños y me inspiró a tener un estilo de vida saludable. Ademas, me permitió desarrollar aspectos esenciales de mi persona como la autodeterminación y disciplina.
Estoy convencida que podremos llegar lejos, mi amado Perú. Si creemos: ¡lo creamos! Esta medalla es para ustedes y para todos los que creen en el infinito poder de los sueños. La posibilidad de que las condiciones de vida de millones de niños cambien, está en nuestras manos. Seamos los agentes transformacionales que este mundo necesita.
