Founded on August 15, 2025, by Alyana Dilleshwari, the foundation was born after the tragic loss of her young son, Devarsh. Instead of surrendering to despair, Alyana transformed pain into action, dedicating her life to protecting vulnerable children living in the slums of Hyderabad through education, safety awareness, and access to basic care, so that other families would be spared similar heartbreak.

In early February, Alyana joined the Miss World Organization delegation in the Philippines during the national final of Miss World Philippines. Her main goal was to visit and learn from the inspiring humanitarian work of Father Rocky Evangelista, whose initiatives have transformed the lives of countless underprivileged children in Manila.

Moved by what she witnessed, Alyana attended the Miss World Philippines final, where she was invited on stage during the Beauty With a Purpose segment to share her experience:
