The first Miss World of the millennium and Hollywood star Priyanka Chopra turned heads on June 24 as she stepped onto the red carpet at the world premiere of Heads of State, held at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in New York. She was joined by her co-stars Idris Elba and John Cena. The highly anticipated action-comedy is set to premiere globally on Amazon Prime Video on July 2.

Directed by Ilya Naishuller, Heads of State follows two heads of state and an MI6 agent as they team up to thwart a global conspiracy. The star-studded cast also includes Jack Quaid, Paddy Considine, Stephen Root, and Carla Gugino.

Described in the official press release as “a global adventure filled with explosive action and razor-sharp comedic dialogue,” the film promises a wild ride with adrenaline-fueled sequences and inventive stunts.

Since the release of the trailer on June 4, fans have been raving about Priyanka’s character, Noel Bisset. One enthusiastic X user posted, “Priyanka Chopra Jonas, so proud, so excited, I can’t wait!!!!” Another wrote on Instagram, “This looks sooo much fun. Can’t wait to watch this!” 

Several fans even drew comparisons to her breakout role in Quantico, with one commenting, “Oh my!! It’s reminding me of Quantico.” Others called it the “best trailer ever” and declared, “Pri steals the show.”
