Reigning Miss World Opal Suchata will soon arrive in the Philippines for a two-day visit to Sultan Kudarat, where she will serve as a special guest of honor for the Kalimudan Festival 2025 and the Miss Sultan Kudarat Pageant.

The province of Sultan Kudarat is known for its mountain ranges (Alip and Daguma ranges), beautiful beaches along the Celebes Sea and Moro Gulf, rivers and lakes. 

Opal will land on November 19 at the General Santos City International Airport before traveling by land to Sultan Kudarat, where she will be welcomed by the Hon. Governor and provincial officials during a courtesy call at the Provincial Capitol in Isulan. 

Miss World will then join the Grand Kalimudan Festival Parade, riding a specially prepared festival float. Thousands of locals will line in the streets for a chance to see the reigning Miss World, who later will witness and be part of the festival’s Grand Opening Ceremony as a VIP guest.

On November 20, Opal will take part in the Miss Sultan Kudarat 2025 Pageant, joining co-hosts Catriona Gray and CJ Opiaza. 

Opal will be a Special Guest Host for the show, taking the stage to present, interact with contestants, and celebrate the local culture.
