The reigning Miss World spoke about encouraging women to listen to their bodies, seek medical advice when needed, and embrace preventive care without fear.

Miss World Opal Suchata recently took part as a guest speaker at a Women’s Day event hosted by Central Group at Central World in Bangkok, under the empowering theme “Give to Gain: Passing on Opportunities, Building Sustainable Women’s Empowerment.”
The session focused on women’s health and wellness, encouraging women to take ownership of their wellbeing under the concept “Own Your Health.” Surrounded by CEOs, business leaders, actresses, and public figures, Opal shared insights about the importance of self-care, regular health check-ups, and finding balance between work and personal wellbeing. She emphasized that health is a responsibility no one else can carry for us. When women prioritize both body and mind, they are better equipped not only to achieve their goals, but also to uplift others.

During the discussion, Opal spoke about encouraging women to listen to their bodies, seek medical advice when needed, and embrace preventive care without fear. She highlighted how sustainable empowerment begins with self-love and conscious self-care. “Once we have a healthy body and mind, we can accomplish what we want and work effectively, but also share our strength and power with others,” she expressed during the session.
Opal described the event as meaningful. Sharing the stage with respected public figures and engaging with an audience eager to grow and learn reinforced her belief that true empowerment starts from within. She left inspired by the conversations and proud to contribute to a dialogue that places women’s health at the center of sustainable progress.
