Andrea Ortiz joined thousands in New York to celebrate Latin pride and Guatemalan culture

Andrea Ortiz, Miss World Guatemala, proudly represented her country during the Desfile de la Hispanidad (Hispanic Day Parade) held along Fifth Avenue in New York City.
The event, celebrated annually as part of Hispanic Heritage Month, brings together representatives from over 20 Spanish-speaking nations to honor Latin culture, music, and traditions.
Andrea joined other Guatemalan community members in the parade, wearing designs by Athenea Guate and thanking Kathy La Parra and the Miss Guatemala Organization for the invitation.

“Always proud to represent Guatemala before the world,” she shared, expressing her gratitude for the unforgettable experience.
In 2026, Andrea will participate at the 75th Anniversary Edition of Miss World.
