Reigning Miss World Guatemala Jennifer Andrea Ortiz marked Mother’s Day by visiting families in Camotán, Chiquimula, one of the most vulnerable regions in eastern Guatemala affected by hunger, extreme poverty, and chronic malnutrition.

During the visit, Ortiz distributed food supplies and spent time with mothers and local families as part of her Beauty With a Purpose initiative.

Ortiz is working toward the construction of a potable water well to provide families with direct access to clean water in their homes, reducing the need to travel long distances to nearby rivers.

Her initiative aims to deliver long-term improvements to the community through sustainable access to essential resources and better living conditions.

Jennifer will travel to Vietnam, August 9 to September 5, to be part of the 75th Anniversary Edition of Miss World.
