Annaelle Estelle Ibo has been appointed Miss World Guadeloupe 2026 and will represent the territory at the 75th Anniversary Edition of Miss World in Vietnam.

Born in Gonesse and raised in Metz, France, Annaelle brings a strong connection to her Guadeloupean heritage, which she describes as vibrant and deeply rooted in culture and community.

She currently works as a hotel receptionist and has ambitions in modeling, fashion, and music. Annaelle is also committed to humanitarian initiatives, particularly those focused on education and youth empowerment. She studied aesthetics and pursued literary studies with a specialization in English.

Outside of her professional life, Annaelle is engaged in a wide range of creative and personal interests. She enjoys singing, dancing, writing, and drawing, plays the piano, and practices Muay Thai.

Annaelle says she hopes her journey to Miss World will allow her to grow both personally and professionally while representing Guadeloupe with authenticity. She aims to highlight the culture and diversity of her heritage in Vietnam.

“Representing Guadeloupe at Miss World is an immense honor for me. I know this journey will not be easy, as there will be obstacles, sacrifices, moments of doubt, and many challenges to overcome, some already present today. But I will not let myself be intimidated. I look forward to embracing this adventure and representing Guadeloupe with pride, determination, and passion”, she shared on her Instagram account. 

Guadeloupe debuted in Miss World in 2003 and Annaelle will be its 20th representative in the Festival. 

The new Miss World will be crowned by Opal Suchata on September 5th, in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
