Julia Horne expands her cancer relief mission beyond borders with Help Me Learn Africa.

Miss World Gibraltar 2025, Julia Horne, continues her Beauty With a Purpose project focused on cancer relief and emotional support. After organizing charity walks and awareness campaigns in Gibraltar, Julia expanded her mission by joining forces with Help Me Learn Africa, a Gibraltar-based charity that supports health and education initiatives across Ghana, Kenya, and Uganda.

From October 14–20, Julia worked with communities in Ada, Ghana, visiting hospitals, schools, and children’s centers. She helped raise funds for medical expenses, provided much-needed supplies, and supported programs focused on health education and community development.

At the Ada Model Health Centre, Julia helped provide equipment and covered medical bills for patients, while also planning future fundraising efforts to improve maternity facilities. She organized a feeding programme for over 800 children and led the donation of football kits and clothing, bringing joy and encouragement to local youth.

In recognition of her efforts, Julia was honored in Ghana with the title “Mama Zormelo II – Development Queen the Second”, acknowledging her contribution to community development and humanitarian service.

Julia expressed her gratitude, saying she hopes to continue supporting Help Me Learn Africa and raise awareness about global health inequalities through her Beauty With a Purpose project.
