Miss World El Salvador travels across all 14 departments of the country, using her personal story to break stigma and create safe spaces for emotional well-being.

Since her crowning moment as Miss World El Salvador, Adriana Rivas has remained highly active on social media, sharing creative content and updates about her journey.

Most recently, she opened up about her Beauty With a Purpose project, “Mente en Voz Alta” (Mind Out Loud), a nationwide initiative focused on mental health awareness and emotional well-being.

Through the campaign, Adriana is traveling across all 14 departments of El Salvador, visiting schools and communities to lead mental health workshops, particularly among vulnerable youth. With the support of local educators and institutions, she aims to create awareness, encourage open conversations, and promote emotional resilience.

In a personal revelation, Adriana shared that she lives with bipolar disorder, using her own experience to inspire young people to speak openly about their emotions, seek help without fear, and understand that vulnerability is a form of courage.

Her mission is to build safe spaces where every voice is heard and mental health is treated with the dignity it deserves.
