The reigning Miss World Dominican Republic, Joheirry Mola recently visited Hogar Escuela de Niñas Doña Chucha, where she spent time with children through games, activities, and shared moments as part of her ongoing community work.

In messages shared on social media, Joherry described the visit as a meaningful afternoon filled with affection, joy, and connection. She spoke about the impact of making children feel seen, heard, and cared for, saying such visita leave a lasting impression on her.

The visit happened alongside the organization Aleteo and local volunteers who support the home and its programs for girls. Joheirry also thanked those involved for allowing her to take part in what she described as a heartfelt experience.

Recognized for her Social Work 

Recently Miss World Dominican Republic was recognized for her social work during the first Premium Fashion Gala, where she was honored for her journey as a titleholder and her contributions to social impact initiatives. The recognition was presented by Premium Class, a project led by Miss World Dominican Republic 2025 Mayra Delgado, which provides opportunities, training, and development for young girls and women. 

As a mentor within the program, she has played a key role in supporting participants, helping them build skills and confidence through initiatives focused on education, inclusion, and personal growth. 

During the evening, Joherry also walked the runway for designer Mannelik Ortega, presenting pieces from the Distrito 79 collection, describing the experience as “incredible and very special.” 

The Dominican representative at the 75th Anniversary Edition of Miss World, to be held in Vietnam, said it represents “the journey, effort and commitment,” adding that it motivates her to continue her work “with love and dedication,” and noting that receiving the recognition from Premium Class and Mayra Delgado (who is her predecessor) made the moment especially meaningful.
