Alexa Marie Grant, Miss World Canada 2026, has been awarded the Senator Tobias C. Enverga Jr. Medal of Excellence, an honour established in 2017 to recognize individuals and groups who have made outstanding contributions to their communities.

Alexa, who will represent Canada at the 74th Miss World Festival, in 2027, received the award in recognition of her Beauty With a Purpose project, “Modified Melodies,” which promotes music therapy and provides adaptive instruments for children with special needs.

The medal was presented by The Honourable Dr. Asha Seth, former Senator, and Rosemer Enverga, President of the Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation and recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal.
