Noura Njikam supports the National Conference against violence toward women in Douala.

Miss World Cameroon 2026, Noura Njikam, attended a conference held in Douala on November 23, 2025, organized by the Honorable Nourane Fotsing and her association, Solidarité 237.
The National Conference on the Fight Against Violence Against Women brought together powerful voices, testimonies of courage and pain, and above all, a profound determination to transform the reality of women and girls facing violence in Cameroon.

In honor of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, marked annually on November 25, Noura reaffirmed her commitment to raising awareness, supporting survivors, and defending those who still fear speaking out.
“I am determined to use my voice, my platform, and my role to support, educate, and defend every woman who has not yet found the strength to speak,” she said.

She stressed that every woman deserves protection, every silence broken is a victory, and that the Cameroon of tomorrow must be built on courage, compassion, and justice.
Miss World Cameroon also expressed her gratitude to Honorable Nourane Fotsing for this vital initiative, which she described as essential and full of hope.
