Ruth Thomas shares donations and hope through her Touched by Grace Foundation

During February’s season of love, the reigning Miss World Botswana, Ruth Thomas, extended her Beauty with a Purpose mission to Princess Marina Hospital, where she visited new mothers and their newborn babies through her Touched by Grace Foundation, bringing both essential donations and encouragement.

Welcomed by hospital management and medical staff, Ruth spent time engaging with families, sharing moments of comfort, prayer, and reassurance, while presenting gifts to support mothers during the early days of motherhood.

Touched by Grace forms part of Ruth’s broader Beauty with a Purpose work, guided by her personal message that every person is “wonderfully and fearfully made.”

Beyond the hospital, Ruth has been expanding her work through The Beauty Movement, empowering women and young people across communities with safe spaces, emotional healing, and sustainable skills.

Ruth will represent Botswana at the 75th Anniversary edition of Miss World, later this year.
