Miss World Bolivia, Vanessa Kraljevic, has published her first children’s book, Tupak Inti and the Island of the Sun, a project that will become part of the educational resources provided through her Beauty With a Purpose initiative, The Right To Real Education.

The book will be made available to children benefiting from the organization’s scholarship programs, giving them access to learning tools that promote environmental awareness, cultural identity, and a love of reading.

The Right To Real Education was founded by Kraljevic when she was just 13 years old and has since grown into a significant educational initiative. Through the project, she seeks to expand educational opportunities and encourage young people to find confidence beyond external factors such as appearance, social status, or titles.

Announcing the publication on social media, Kraljevic described the book as “one of the most special projects of my life.”

“This story was born from my deep connection with nature, from the trips I shared with my mother through the most extraordinary landscapes of Bolivia, and from the desire to pass on to new generations the love of our land, our culture and our environment,” she wrote.

The story follows the adventures of Tupak Inti and his majestic condor, introducing children to Bolivia’s natural and cultural heritage while encouraging reflection on environmental protection and the legacy future generations will inherit.

“Through the adventures of Tupak Inti and his majestic condor, children discover the richness of our country while reflecting on the importance of protecting our ecosystems and preserving the legacy we will leave for the future,” Kraljevic said.

She emphasized that the publication serves a broader mission beyond literature.

“This book represents so much more than a publication; it represents a purpose.”

Kraljevic explained that, through a partnership between The Right To Real Education and Learn Wonderly, the book will become part of the educational content offered to scholarship recipients.

“Writing this book has been a way to unite my two greatest passions: education and protecting our planet. Today I am deeply grateful to see how a Bolivia-inspired story can reach so many children and become a tool to educate, inspire and generate impact.”

The official launch of the book was coordinated by the Mira Organization and held at the historic Los Huérfanos building in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The organization has become a hub for local and international creators and contributes to the revitalization of the city’s historic center while promoting the region’s cultural heritage.

Kraljevic concluded by thanking Mira for hosting the event, saying that sharing her dream “in a space that promotes Bolivian art, culture and talent made this moment even more meaningful.”

Vanessa Kraljevic will represent Bolivia at the 75th Anniversary Edition of Miss World in Vietnam later this year, August 9 to September 5.
