During Women’s Month (March), Alina Luz Akselrad, the reigning Miss World Argentina, visited a correctional facility in her city, the Bower prison, where she spent time with a group of 50 inmates.

Through the encounter, Alina shared reflections and motivation inspired by her book Embrace Your Power. 

She told them that what matters most now is how we choose to move forward, to rebuild, and to find strength within ourselves.

Through this initiative, Alina Luz Akselrad used her platform to inspire, and to create safe spaces for dialogue.

Alina will represent Argentina at the 75th Anniversary Edition of Miss World, August 9th - September 5th, in Vietnam.
