The crown went to Simona Manojlović, 21, from Ravno Selo in Vojvodina. With a background in modeling and studies alongside her modeling career, Simona now earns the right to represent Serbia at the 75th Anniversary edition of Miss World, later this year.

First runner-up honors were awarded to Mia Ristić, 20, from Belgrade, a student of business psychology and former volleyball player. The position of second runner-up went to Teodora Ristić, also 20, who studies at the Faculty of Security.
Alongside the official placements, a separate online audience vote named Sara Milikić as “Miss Interneta Srbije 2026,” a fan-driven title independent from the main judging results.

Simona Manojlović succeeds Aleksandra Rutović, a Top 40 quarter-finalist at Miss Word in 2025, and begins her preparations to carry Serbia onto the Miss World stage in its upcoming edition.
