Reigning Miss World Opal Suchata and Julia Morley CBE were welcomed today at the headquarters of Sen Vàng, partners in hosting the 75th Anniversary edition of Miss World in Vietnam.

They were received by Hoàng Nhật Nam, Phạm Kim Dung, and Phạm Tuấn Ngọc, leading figures of the local organizing team. During the visit, both Opal, Julia Morley, and the Vietnamese organizers shared their enthusiasm about Vietnam hosting the Miss World Festival for the first time.

The meeting included an exchange of gifts, a tour of the facilities, and a hosted meal, providing an opportunity for further discussions ahead of the official launch.

The visit took place one day before the Kick-Off Press Conference, scheduled for May 14 at L’Achateau Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The event will present the official plans and activities for the 75th Anniversary edition, with red carpet proceedings beginning at 13:00 and the main program running from 14:00 to 16:00 (GMT+7).

With preparations underway, anticipation continues to build as Vietnam gets ready to host Miss World from August 9 to September 5.
