Mola will represent the Dominican Republic at the 75th Anniversary edition of Miss World, in 2026

Joheirry Mola representing the Distrito Nacional, was crowned Miss World Dominican Republic 2025 during a dazzling event held at the Barceló Punta Cana Convention Center. The grand evening was attended by five Miss World and six Mr World national titleholders, adding prestige and excitement to the celebration.

She received the crown from Mayra Delgado, winner of the Multimedia Award (Americas & Caribbean) and Top 40 quarterfinalist (Top 10 in the Americas & Caribbean) at the 72nd Miss World Festival in India.

A 24-year-old professional model from Santo Domingo, Mola graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) with a degree in Business Management and Administration. Dedicated to education, she works as a teacher and runs a social initiative called Voices of Tomorrow, which aims to empower children and young people by providing them with the tools to dream big, gain confidence, and prepare for global challenges.

“This project is based on the belief that our children deserve much more than the basics, they deserve opportunities that build inclusion, confidence, and a strong foundation for the future,” said Mola.

She will go on to represent the Dominican Republic at the 75th Anniversary edition of Miss World, set to take place in 2026.

The representatives of the Dominican Community in the US and Jarabacoa rounded out the Top 3.

The coronation event was broadcast by Univision NY on Sunday night. AAs the new Miss World Dominican Republic, Joheirry will also have the exciting opportunity to join Univision as a reporter.
