BWAP 2026 - Czech Republic

Miss World Czech Republic Linda Górecká is supporting cancer patients and their families through the Linda Górecká Foundation, her Beauty With a Purpose initiative dedicated to improving access to financial assistance, emotional support, and cancer awareness across the Czech Republic.

Inspired by personal experience, Linda began her charitable work by organizing a fundraising bazaar in her hometown, with proceeds donated to the Pavel Novotný Foundation to support oncology patients. Since establishing her own foundation, she has partnered with organizations focused on breast cancer awareness, psychological support, and patient care, while regularly visiting hospitals and participating in public health campaigns. 

Among her recent initiatives, Linda raised 30,000 CZK for a young leukemia patient to help cover treatment-related expenses and donated 20,000 CZK to the oncology department of AGEL Hospital Ostrava. Through her foundation, she has also supported organizations including the Alliance of Women with Breast Cancer, Bellis (Young Women with Breast Cancer), and the Pavel Novotný Foundation, while taking part in the European Health Conference to promote greater awareness of cancer prevention and patient wellbeing. 

Linda hopes to continue expanding the reach of her foundation while using the Miss World platform to bring greater visibility to cancer patients and their families. Miss World will take place in Vietnam from August 9 to September 5, with the grand final scheduled for September 5 in Nha Trang.
