This costume represents The Kingdom of The Netherlands

Starting with the colors of the Flag, 

Red, White and Blue

Red stands for The People

White stands for The Church

And Blue stands for The Nobility

The Crown on the Head of Miss World Netherlands has the colors of the Flag, and has a crown consisting of 3 vertical white points, symbolizing the 3 words for the Coat of Arms of Amsterdam, Capital of the Netherlands:

“Valiant, Steadfast, Compassionate"

The six red stars symbolize the 6 oversea territories, the 6 islands in the Caribbean: Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St Maarten en St Eustacius

The Crown on the Shield represents The Netherlands as being a Monarchy, which now has The King as the head of state 

The Kingdoms of the Netherlands consists of The Netherlands, and its six Overseas Territories
