Gender equality and especially in the technology industry! As a 17-year-old young woman, I experienced harassment during my internship. As the only woman in the workplace, I was subjected to inappropriate comments from the men around me. They told me I would look better in a skirt instead of work pants and that I should wear my hair down every day. These comments deeply affected me and stripped away my motivation for a field I was so eager to learn. It was painful. This must change.
