It’s a great honor to be celebrating my birthday with these empowered women, my Miss World sisters. I couldn’t wish for a better way to celebrate it this year than with you all. Thank you so much.
And to the organization of Miss World, headed by Miss julia Morley and her late husband, Eric Morley. Thank you so much for giving us “girls” the chance to represent our countries in a pageant that gives us a world wide platform to share each and everyone’s causes that can be of help to the community and to the world. In a way that fights for a better world.I miss my family but the togetherness that we’ve had, the chats that we’ve shared, the bondings we’ve made during and after activities and rehearsals made me feel home. The camaraderie that we have is the greatest gift and I will treasure it here in my heart. I hope in the future I would be able to visit all or your amazing countries.
We may have different origin, cultures and beliefs. We may come from different walks of life. We may fight for different causes. But there is one thing in common that unites us all.
