Head to Head Challenge

As a lawyer, with background in technology, having written a dissertation entitled ‘Redefining Criminal Liability in the Light of Artificial Intelligence’, I stand before you to shed light on the pivotal digital transitions discussed at the recent G20 summit in New Delhi, India. In an era defined by rapid technological advancements, it is imperative for all nations to navigate the complexities of the digital landscape.

Technology has a transformative power in fostering economic growth, innovation, and global connectivity. We must collaborate to bridge the digital divide to ensure that all nations, irrespective of their economic standing, can harness the benefits of the digital age.

I stand for the importance of robust cybersecurity measures to protect critical infrastructures and safeguard digital ecosystems.

One must also establish ethical frameworks that uphold human rights with emerging technologies in particular artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and digital governance.

The G20 summit marked a significant step towards a harmonized and inclusive digital future. This is our opportunity to work together, harnessing the power of technology to build One Earth, One Family, One Future.
