From an Instagram question poll I posted,I recieved a lot of question in and around Mental Health While I got to answer most of them to the best of my capacity.

However,I felt that some needed to be answered by a professional. We reached out to Chiromo Hospital Group and we were able to secure a session with Catherine Nga'nga in charge of Clinical  Psychology services to answer some of the most frequently asked questions on Mental health.

The questions were as follows:

1. How does one identify that they have a mental issue or identify one in those around them?

2. When is it the right time to see a psychologist and/or seek therapy?

3. What guarantees that what I share never goes outside of our sessions?

4. How does one approach a psychologist and where does a therapy session start off from?

5. Does seeing a psychologist mean I must be admitted or put on medicine?
