Roar for Their Future: Protecting Tigers, Preserving Our World"

The resounding roar of the tiger embodies power, majesty, and the untamed wilderness. However, this iconic species faces an unprecedented threat to its existence. Across the globe, tigers teeter on the brink of extinction due to habitat loss, poaching, and human-wildlife conflict.

In India, home to the magnificent Bengal tiger, concerted efforts are underway to ensure the survival of this extraordinary creature. As Miss World Indonesia, I am deeply committed to environmental conservation and proud to support the "SAVE THE TIGER" campaign led by the Minister for Forests, Cultural Affairs, and Fisheries of Maharashtra, Sudhir Mungantiwar.

Aligned with our Beauty With a Purpose projects, the 112 Miss World participants have united to champion tiger conservation. Together, we harness our collective influence to raise awareness and mobilize action to protect tigers and their habitats.

The upcoming Tadoba Festival, scheduled from March 1st to 3rd, holds significant importance in our endeavor. As part of the festival, Miss World contestants actively engage in efforts to spotlight the plight of tigers in India, particularly in Maharashtra. Through reports on our personal pages on the Miss World website and social media platforms, we shed light on the challenges facing tigers, aiming to inspire global action.

The inaugural Tadoba Festival serves as a beacon for collaboration and innovation in tiger conservation. It brings together stakeholders committed to preserving the forest and its inhabitants. Tadoba National Park, a stronghold for tigers, is at the forefront of efforts to combat habitat degradation, prevent poaching, and disrupt the illegal trade in tiger parts.

The extinction of the Javan tiger (Panthera tigris sondaica) in my country in the 1980s serves as a poignant reminder of the urgent need for conservation action. Recognizing the fragile state of our natural world, we are steadfast in our responsibility to protect and preserve our precious wildlife for future generations.

As Miss World Indonesia, I am honored to stand in solidarity with my fellow delegates in this noble cause. The Tadoba Festival is an opportunity for us to amplify our voices and raise awareness about the challenges facing tigers. Through our collective efforts, we endeavor to make a lasting impact in the fight to save these majestic animals.

Together, let us roar for their future, protecting tigers and preserving the beauty of our world for generations to come.
