The journey continues to the one of the most populated cities in Central Java.
I came to Solo. Solo located in Central Java and home to more than 500,000 people. I came to Toya Pangesangan Selokaton Solo Child Development Center.
The interesting part about my journey in Solo is that I gave counseling and presentation about how the mothers awareness about their children on the danger of child sexual abuse.
Not only that, I shared how important creating safe environment for their children. My journey in solo is unforgettable because here I met the survivors of sexual abuse. I paid the highest respect for them because they’re dare to speak up and shared to everyone about the danger of sexual abuse. I teamed up with Lion Club Foundation with three inspiring speakers from Girl South East Asia, Listen To You and SPEKHAM Surakarta.
I felt very happy because I can share some joyful moment with the children, one of that is when I distribute books for the children. I hope my visit here will have some impact for the children and for their future.
