In India, a wedding is a big occasion. The coming together of two human beings is celebrated with utmost zeal and festivity — and wearing the finest Indian outfits. Spring, the pink season of flowers blooming and the sun shining is especially a preferred time to get married. While we gravitate towards the start of an excellent springtime wedding season, I have got just the right inspiration to take cues from. Here I'm donning Falguni Shane Peacock’s hyacinth violet, mermaid cut, hand-embroidered lehenga, encrusted with beads, sequins and diamonds. The outfit was styled with a feather shrug.

Ethnic style is brilliant and a quick game changer for this occasion. This lehenga (skirt) has some fine handcrafted crystal work and is worn with a matching V-neck blouse (top) with fur fringe hems. I have added a touch of diamond earrings by Orra, some glam makeup done by Bianca Louzado and a stylish hairdo by Savio John Pereira, to look ready for the wedding season! My beautiful photoshoot is done by Shreyans Dungarwal and assisted by Ashutosh Bagde and Ketan Gadkar.
