I am honoured to introduce my Beauty With A Purpose project - ‘Project Ekta’ for the upcoming 72nd Miss World. The name Ekta, meaning “oneness” in Sanskrit, reflects the heart of this mission, supporting and including individuals from the differently-abled community. This cause is deeply personal to me, as from a young age, I witnessed the challenges faced by my uncle, who lived with Developmental Delays. His experiences opened my eyes to the barriers this community faces, inspiring me to take action and fight against the stigma. Through Ekta, I hope to uplift the differently-abled by building confidence, promoting inclusion, and creating employment opportunities that empower them to be self-sufficient. I am committed to raising awareness and changing the narrative around the abilities and potential of those who are differently-abled.
