One of the most rewarding aspects of being a pageant winner is the opportunity to use my platform to make a positive impact. For me, that means focusing on a cause that I am truly passionate about. As I prepare to represent India on the global stage, I am deeply committed to fulfilling my duties to society.
I had the honour of launching my Beauty With A Purpose (BWAP) project, 'Aashayein - The Power of Hope,' at the Delhi Police Headquarters. This project is very close to my heart, as it shines a light on the struggles that many people have faced in the aftermath of COVID-19. It is a reminder that they are not alone and that there is hope and support available to them.
As part of this initiative, I partnered with Teach India, a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of The Times of India, along with several NGOs. Together, we are working to provide educational and employment opportunities to those in need. During one of my initial visits to Delhi, I had the chance to meet with families who are still struggling to recover from the effects of the pandemic. It was a humbling experience, and it strengthened my resolve to do everything I can to help.
My goal with this project is to make a difference in as many lives as possible. Even if I can help just one person, I will consider my mission a success. But my vision is much bigger than that. I want to reach as many people as possible and provide them with the support and resources they need to rebuild their lives.
I am grateful for the opportunity to use my platform to make a difference, and I look forward to sharing more updates on my journey with 'Aashayein'. Together, we can make a difference.
