Taking the stage at the 71st Miss World Festival in New Delhi was a moment of pride and purpose for 115 delegates, including myself, as we presented our Beauty With a Purpose initiatives. These projects are not just about showcasing beauty but about using our voices to drive meaningful change.
The two-minute presentations were a test of our ability to convey the essence of our projects, highlighting their impact and significance. It was inspiring to see how each contestant had dedicated herself to a cause close to her heart, whether it was empowering women, supporting education, or advocating for environmental conservation.
The Beauty With a Purpose segment was a reminder that beauty goes beyond physical appearance; it lies in the kindness and compassion we show towards others. As I listened to my fellow delegates, I was struck by their passion and commitment to making a difference in the world. It was a humbling experience to be among such inspiring women, all united in our mission to create a better future.
As the competition moves forward, I am excited to see how these initiatives will continue to evolve and make an impact.
