Soon after my national crowning, I partnered with Teach India in association with my BWAP project, 'Aashayein', to bridge the gap between education and employment. 'Aashayein' aims to empower children by emphasizing the importance of upskilling and applying knowledge effectively. We have implemented vocational courses in public speaking and personality development to achieve this. These courses are carefully crafted to equip participants with practical skills that enhance their employability and professional growth.
Beyond the classroom, 'Aashayein' has a broader vision of reaching a diverse audience in need. Today, in addition to Teach India, I'm working to collaborate with NGOs across India, extending the program's impact and empowering individuals with the tools necessary for success in their academic and professional journeys. Through this inclusive approach, my project seeks to contribute to a more skilled and confident workforce, ultimately bridging the gap between education and meaningful employment opportunities.
This initiative is not just about imparting skills; it's about instilling confidence and a sense of purpose in the participants.
