Literacy rate on the rise

Having been privileged enough to have had access to proper education, I feel a strong duty to be of service to others. One of the causes very dear to my heart is education.

A beautiful surprise A beautiful surprise

As a society, we need to invest in education as it is the foundation of change in any given country.

That life of service translates into the many organizations that I work with. One of them being the publishing house “l’Harmattan Guinée” officially appointed me as their “book ambassador” 3 years ago  in order to promote reading throughout Conakry. I am therefore the Godmother of a reading point in the capital available to the public.

As an ambassador, I collaborate with the organization to make Conakry the book capital.

Officially an ambassador to make of Conakry the Book Capital of Africa Officially an ambassador to make of Conakry the Book Capital of Africa

This is a huge step for Guinea as the literacy rate is very low and the goal is to create sustainable change.
