“Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque” is involved in essential fundraising to help sick children. For 18 years, she has been working with the Leclerc centers to organize charity events alongside the Tour de France. This solidarity approach aims to raise the funds necessary to offer a chance of recovery to these young patients. It is estimated that an amount of 12,000 euros is required to finance the operation of a child suffering from heart problems. Each kilometer covered by the participants is transformed into a valuable contribution which is donated to the initiative called “The Heart Step”. This collective mobilization illustrates the importance of community effort in the fight against childhood heart disease, offering a message of hope and solidarity to those who need it most.
