Today, I want to share with you all about my incredible journey as a yoga teacher, my time living in Thailand, and my upcoming adventure representing Finland in India for Miss World. ♀️
Imagine waking up to the sound of gentle waves crashing on the shore, surrounded by lush greenery and a sense of tranquility. That's exactly how my adventure in Thailand began. For six months, I immersed myself in the vibrant culture and studied the art of yoga in this breathtaking country.

Thailand, with its rich spiritual heritage and natural beauty, became my second home. The Thai people, with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality, embraced me as part of their community, making my time there even more special. I discovered that the yoga culture in Thailand shares many similarities with its birthplace, India.
As a yoga teacher, I had the incredible opportunity to share my knowledge and passion with others. From leading classes on the beach at sunrise to guiding meditation sessions in lush gardens, I witnessed the transformative power of yoga in the lives of my students. It was truly a blessing to witness their growth and see them embrace the peace and serenity that yoga brings.

Living in Thailand allowed me to fully immerse myself in the practice of yoga and experience its profound impact firsthand. The vibrant energy of the country, combined with the ancient wisdom of yoga, created a truly transformative experience that I will cherish forever.
And now, I am beyond excited to embark on a new chapter of my journey as I prepare to represent Finland in India for Miss World. India, known as the birthplace of yoga, holds a special place in my heart. The rich cultural heritage, the vibrant colors, and the deep spirituality of India have always fascinated me.
As I prepare for this incredible opportunity, I am reminded of the similarities between the yoga cultures of Thailand and India. Both countries embrace yoga as a way of life, incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and physical practice into their daily routines. The connection between the mind, body, and soul is celebrated and nurtured in both cultures, creating a profound sense of harmony and well-being.
I am grateful for the experiences and knowledge gained from Thailand's yoga culture, and I can't wait to explore the depths of India's rich heritage and represent Finland in the Miss World competition. It's going to be an unforgettable journey!
With love and gratitude,
Adelaide
