With all my love from the bottom of my heart I am happy to announce I won the Best Designer Award in Europe. This is for you, my beloved Czech Republic! The Top Model Challenge had two rounds: the National Designer Dress and Black Cocktail Dress. I walked the stage at the Aurika Mumbai SkyCity hotel with pride and honor which helped me to earn a spot in the Top 20 selection and also the Best Designer Dress Award. Congratulations to Sophia, Miss World Slovakia, who won Top Model Europe.
Top Model Challenge (credits: Miss World Organization)My dress was designed by Sam Docle who is not only a designer but also the creative director of Miss Czech Republic and a stylist, who prepared all of my outfits for Miss World.
The dress description by Sam Dolce: Ardo, a fusion of tradition and contemporary design. Sam was inspired by the folklore and traditions of Bohemia and Moravia, as well as the hobbies of Krystyna. Krystyna is a passionate horsewoman and a lover of riding, horse racing, and all activities related to horses. The cut of the top part of the dress is inspired by equestrian fashion and accessories by the leading Czech milliner Jolana Kotábová underlining the classic lines of the model. The material from which the dress is made also comes from this environment. The rich hand embroidery inspired by Wallachian and Slovak folklore patterns decorating the fabric from which the model is made, which attracted Sam so much that it was the inspiration for the entire final look, was until recently an antique blanket used as a cover when moving pampered stallions to protect them from bad weather. Thanks to a new use, the same patterns can now accentuate the grace surpassing the beauty of the horse.
