Tamara Dal Maso Gardela to represent Costa Rica at the 70th Miss World Final in Puerto Rico

23-year-old Tamara Dal Maso Gardela, an Advertising and Design student from Puntarenas, was elected Miss World Costa Rica 2021.

Tamara is also a volunteer and teacher at “Pura Vida Fighting Kids”, a foundation dedicated to the education and promotion of sports for children at high risk. 115 children between the ages of 6 and 15 benefit from the Foundation and Tamara’s teaching.

On representing Costa Rica at the 70th Miss World Final, Tamara said: “It fills me with emotion to have the opportunity, through my voice, to represent everything that is our country, our people, our hopes and efforts to build a better society.”

Tamara will represent Costa Rica at the 70th Miss World Final in Puerto Rico, where reigning Miss World, Toni-Ann Singh will crown her successor on December 16 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, José Miguel Agrelot.
